Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Hot holding units operating above 60'C.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-200ppm Quats available in buckets (front/back) to hold wiping cloths.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.6'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Tools/equipment maintained in sanitary condition. Back storage area satisfactory.
-Dining area satisfactory. Individual coffee dairy products stored with ice packs.
-Good employee hygiene observed.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout. However, as mentioned during the previous routine inspection as well, floors underneath large kitchen equipment - prep/stand up coolers require more frequent cleaning. Improvement is expected for the next routine inspection.
