Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #TPAU-CXSU9P). Findings: - Low temp mechanical dishwasher has been serviced. 50ppm chlorine residual recorded during rinse cycle. - Rodent droppings have been cleaned from the back area. - Cutting boards have been replaced with new ones. - Ice machine cleaned and maintained in good sanitary condition. - All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
