Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed food wraps and food containers that come in direct contact with the food exposed in the basement, some were left on the ground on a box and some were stacked with cover ripped off. Discussed with manager that those that are not in use within a short period of time must be protected from contamination and stored away in a safe manner.
Corrective Action(s): Requierd operator to discard all food wraps exposed and stored in the basement as they are not sure how long they have been sitting there for; all food wraps and boxes must be stored in a safe manner, covered and/or sealed, protected from any type of contamination.

2. Dry storage downstairs need organization; some products had exploded in the box and had been left it as is; some products on the fell off the shelf and on the ground
Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator must follow daily cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas in the kitchen is kept clean and sanitized at all times
2. Dry storage downstairs must be organized; all products not fit for use must be discarded, the areas must be cleaned and sanitized to remove atttractions for pests.
