Follow-up inspection conducted to the previous initial inspection for ownership change.
Facility is maintained as per approved plans.

Temperatures:
-Walk-in cooler: <4C
-Preparation cooler: <4C
-Double-door upright cooler: <4C
-Chest freezer 1: <-18C
-Chest freezer 2: <-19C

All cooling units had accurate thermometers.


Sanitation:
-Handwashing sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and disposable paper towels.
-100ppm bleach solution will be used for sanitation supply of bleach available under ware washing sinks.
-3-compartment sink equipped with functional plugs.
-Ventilation hood grills have been cleaned but may require attention in future.
-Washrooms (staff and public) were in good sanitary condition,. Hand sinks adequately equipped.

Storage:
-New storage area has been added with stainless steel shelves. The extra washroom is not longer used for storage of excess food containers. Do not use the washroom for storage of food or food contact surfaces.
-Food is stored at least 6" off the floor.
-Pest proof stainless steel containers are in use.
-Drain racks have been added for air drying step.
-Pest control measures have been implemented - traps have been located in strategic areas of the kitchen and storage.
-Professional pest control company is monitoring the facility on a monthly basis.

Structural:
-All areas of the facility are well lit.
-Broken equipment has been replaced or removed.
-Items unrelated to the business should be removed from the food preparation areas.
-All surfaces are smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

COVID-19 Safety:
-Plan is in place ground markings and signage is posted.
-Masks are mandatory.
-Ensure staff is screened prior to each shift.

Health Approval has been granted with the condition of:
-Replace the broken seal of the upright cooler.
