Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution was available at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Mix 1 oz bleach with 1 gallon of water for proper concentrations. Sanitizer solution must be available at all times when kitchen is in operation. Staff prepared bleach solution at 200 ppm at time of inspection and stored wiping cloths in solution. Change this solution every 4 hours or sooner if solution becomes visibly dirty.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser for hand sink in back kitchen was empty.
Corrective Action(s): Supply the dispenser with the appropriate paper towel roll. Staff supplied hand sink with a roll of paper towel in the meantime.

Comments

- Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water and liquid soap. Front hand sink was properly supplied with paper towels.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 72C at plate surface level during rinse cycle
- All coolers were at or below 4C. *When kitchen is not busy, keep tops of prep coolers closed.
- All freezers were at or below -18C
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Food storage practices satisfactory. Adequate separation of raw and ready-to-eat foods
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection

Note: Operator had submitted Food Safety Plan for sweets, however sweets are not being made on-site and are being purchased from Dhaliwal Sweets.
