Outstanding Items:

- Temperature gauges on high temperature sanitizing dishwasher are to be serviced. (Operator is using max/ min thermometer to obtain temperature reading at dish surface in order to verify that unit is operating properly. No objections).
- Small edge gap at back kitchen door to be sealed.
- Ice machine (downstairs coffee station) seal to be replaced. Ensure unit is cleaned and sanitized before using.
- Wood shelving unit surfaces (beside roof access) to be resealed. Shelves will be use for dish storage.
- Gap between wall and prep table (where prep sink is located) to be sealed.
**Please notify the undersigned when the above noted items are completed.


- Premises will be used as a catering centre and commissary kitchen to support other food facilities (Mackenzie Cafe) for catering needs.
- Use of the dining space for events will be by reservation only. Reservations will open mid May.
**Ensure that a copy of the Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan are on-site for reference.
**Ensure that the Permit to Operate with valid decal is posted in a conspicuous location.

- All other outstanding items noted on Inspection Report DNGG-D3PN6K (dated 25-March-2024) have been completed. Health Approval to operate granted.

- Operator provided consent for report to be received via email.
