Handsink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water All cooler units measured <4C at the time of inspection High temperature dishwasher measured 74.9 C at the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper santiizing and 82C at the digital gauge) QUATS sanitizer solution measured 200 ppm in spray bottles and out of the dispenser 3 compartment sink stocked with sink plugs, staff were able to demonstrate proper warewashing procedures General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection Infant formula (5X audited) found to be within expiry dates
