Discussed with staff, pest control contacted and taking appropriate action. Corrective Action(s): Make sure to use a sanitizer bucket and cloth to wipe away ants until problem eliminated. COntinue to clean behind prep cooler and provide access to pest control for control actions. Violation Score: 3

General cleanliness much improved from previous seasons. Walls and floors look pretty clean. Cooling unit below cookline not in use. All other coolers below 4 C. and very clean. Good. Freezer below -16 C. Dishwasher at 50 to 75 ppm chlorine. Low temp. Auto feed for quats at 200 ppm. Note: mobile truck closed. Remove from premises list.
