Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Concentration of QUAT sanitizer in all pails and spray bottles measured at 100 ppm.
Corrective Action(s):
Refill all sanitizer pails and spray bottles. Ensure the concentration is maintained at 200 ppm QUATs and the sanitizer is replaced frequently.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1. No liquid soap in dispenser at bar hand washing station.
2. Hand sink near cookline blocked with a garbage can.
3. No paper towels in dispensers in staff washrooms.
Corrective Action(s):
1. Refill liquid soap in dispenser at the bar hand washing station.
2. Unblock hand sink near cookline by moving the garbage can to a designated area.
3. Fill paper towels in dispensers for the washroom hand washing stations.

Ensure all hand washing stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water and are easily accessible at all times.

Routine Inspection:

Kitchen:
- Hand washing station near mop sink/chemical dispensers fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezer temperature satisfactory.
Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
- Bulk foods stored in pest proof containers in dry storage area.
- Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with a concentration of 100 ppm chlorine.
- Concentration of QUATs sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm.
- Ventilation canopies maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Ice machine clean. Scoop for ice stored in designated slot.

Bar:
- Glass washer sanitizing with a concentration of 12.5 ppm iodine.
- Under counter cooler maintained at 4 degrees Celsius..

Overall:.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Premises well lit.
