-Hand sinks properly supplied.
-Food contact surface sanitizer available at 100ppm (chlorine).
-Double-sink and sanitizing sink properly set up for manual dishwashing.
-Walk-in cooler at 3C. Walk-in freezer at -22C.
-Accurate thermometers available.
-Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions.
-Food storage practices satisfactory.
-General sanitation satisfactory.
-Pest control in place. No signs of pest activity noted.
