Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Three trays of baked potatoes were stored in the walk-in cooler and measured to be 37C to 40C. Current kitchen staff mentioned that it was made by staff from previous shift.
Corrective Action(s): Kitchen staff brought out the three trays of potatoes to cool again properly. Reminder that food must be cooled to 20C (less than 2 hours) before it finishes cooling in the walk-in cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Blender in the bar has juice inside still and time of inspection was between meal services (3:30pm).
Corrective Action(s): Kitchen staff placed blender in the dishpit for proper cleaning. Ensure to inform bar staffs that food equipment should be cleaned and sanitized after use.

Observation: Mice droppings noted in the electric panel closet and office (along back wall).
Corrective Action(s): Please remove droppings in these noted area and continue to monitor pest activity. Back door was closed at time of inspection.

Observation: 1) Hinge on bar cooler (far right) is not intact. 2) Floor tile outside of women's washroom is loose. 3) Ceiling lights are broken in the dry storage room outside.
