Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # CTIN-ARFS82 of Sep-22-2017 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: No sanitizer in spray bottle readily available for use. The spray bottle labelled "Perdiem" is emptied. Window cleaner with vinegar formula has been used for all surfaces. Correction: Please obtain a clean spray bottle and fill with 200ppm Quats for surface sanitizer. Use test strips to verify 200ppm concentration. Do not use the exisitng "Window Clean" to wipe tables/freezers, use on windows only.
