Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. General sanitation is adequate. Coolers temperature measured at 4 degrees C or below. Freezers temperature measured at -18 degrees C. Hot holding (pop corns, butter, etc.) at 60 degrees C. In use utensils stored adequately. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine professional pest control in in place. Staff demonstrated excellent hygiene. QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips. Test strips available on site. Thermometer available - temperature log is current. 3 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing. QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm at the 3rd sink.
