Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine detected in container of sanitizer solution at right barista station. Solution appeared milky.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer solution is being replaced according to Sanitation plan and more frequently if solution appears dirty. Staff reported timer is set for 1 hour to remind them to replace solution. Ensure this process is followed.

-General sanitation of premises and storage area was satisfactory. Some spills/debris noted, but no build-up/accumulation of debris. Ensure floor around equipment and any splatters on walls, cabinets, garbage bins are being cleaned thoroughly and regularly.
-Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Bucket of sanitizer in sink had 100ppm Chlorine detected
-Staff reported blender pitchers are cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours. Timer set to notify staff when due.
-Dishwasher rinse cycle had 100ppm Chlorine detected
-Undercounter cooler (lemonade) was 3C
-Undercounter cooler (milk) was 4C
-Undercounter cooler (wraps) was 0C
-Display cooler was 3C
-Storage room cooler (milk) was 4C
-Storage room cooler (sandwiches) was 2C
-Storage room freezer were -11C and -12C
-No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
