Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- Handwashing station supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Surface sanitizer available in buckets with presoaked wiping cloths at 100ppm bleach concentration.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine sanitizer at the plate's level.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items must be stored min 15cm (6inches) off the floor. This will be checked during the next routine inspection.
- The operator implements own pest control management system.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Ensure to keep copies of all FOODSAFE certificates on site for review by the health inspector.

Temperature control:
- All coolers: < or = 4C
- All freezers: < or = -18C
- Daily temperature logs must begin immediately for ALL coolers and freezers.
