Routine Inspection of Maple Hills, Cedar Hills, and Rosewood/Marwood ECUs: - General sanitation is satisfactory. - Cooler temperatures were at or below 4 degrees C. - Freezer temperatures were at or below -18 degrees C. - Hot holding units were operating above 60 degrees C. - All hand sinks were stocked with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels. - High temperature dishwashers reached 71 degrees C. on plate surface during sanitizing cycle. - Sanitizer spray bottles containing Ostrosan readily available. - Dishwasher and temperature logs are up to date.
