Handsinks were properly supplied.
Food handlers were observed properly washing their hands between different activities at the time of inspection.
Refrigeration units in the main kitchen area and separate storage room were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers in the main kitchen area and inside the second storage room were at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
Cooking temperatures were reviewed with the Supervisor.
Temperature records were being maintained.
Time-tracking was being conducted for condiments held at ambient temperature up to 2 hour or 4 hours maximum prior to discarding them.
Dry goods were packaged and stored on shelving units in the dry storage area.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. This sink was being used as a prep. sink for washing lettuce at the time of inspection.
Ware-washing was not occurring at the time of inspection.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside two sanitizer pails.
Ventilation hoods appeared to be in a clean condition at the time of inspection.
Supervisor with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent course training (Basics. fst, expiration date: May 9, 2026) was present on shift.
