- Fresh prepared solution measured at 100ppm chlorine solution. Make fresh solution every two hours
- Re wash and sanitize all reusable utensils in the kitchen

Observation: Staff food (in plate) is stored next to cooked rice that are left out to cool
- Rice scoop stored in water measured at 8C
Corrective Action(s): - Donot store dirty utensils or any left over food along with cooked food to be served
- Cover cooked rice to protect from contamination
- Change water in container with rice scoop every half hour and ensure it is less than 4C
