Corrective Action(s): 1)Operator found bottle of concentrated sanitizer, mixed correct concentration and placed in freshly cleaned spray bottle. 2) Thoroughly clean and maintain premises. Violation Score: 5 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink in back contained equipment and was therefore uable to be used. Handsink in front did not have any paper towel. Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all handsinks remain accessible at all times with a continous supply of liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers.
