Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floors and food storage shelves- cans/bottles but also bags of sugar/potatoes. All areas shown to the staff at this time. Pictures taken.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed and sanitize using 1000ppm chlorine (1 bleach :50 water ). [CORRECT BY: TODAY]

Observation: Floors and storage shelves must be cleaned on a more regular basis as discussed at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all floors and shelves cleaned on a DAILY basis. Droppings must be removed every morning. Clean walk-in cooler, produce (sink) department and rice storage area at the back.

Cleaning of floors/storage shelves to be done today and checked by the health inspector by 3:00pm. Follow-up inspection for entire facility to be conducted on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
