Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water throughout.
-Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer below required temperature of -18'C.
-Meat processing room had ambient air temperature measured at 4-6'C at this time.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Logs kept up to date.
-200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
-Equipment washed/sanitized regularly during operation as per facility's sanitation plan. No dirty knives observed to be stored in holder.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. Professional pest control company contracted by Sobeys.
-Good hygiene observed by staff working on site.

NOTE: Large equipment placed by the handwash station in the processing room. To be removed once the organization of walk-in is done. OK.
NOTE: Delivery came in today. Walk-in cooler is still to be organized. OK.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility is good at this time. Keep up the good work!
