Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Seven boxes of unlabelled boxes of what appears to be seasoning stored next to dried fruits and crackers were found in the front of the store. Inquired staff what it was and the lady in the front had taken it to the back. Younger staff and lady informed it was material used to make fire not food for consumption. Health inspector found a bag of the same content labelled Zaatar in the back area and it appears to be food as per label, see photo taken. It is concluded that some repackaging is done in the store which is not accepted as per previous inspection reports. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): The bag and seven boxes of zaatar were discarded onsite. Remove all repackaging containers and food.

Observation: Lots of debris and clutter noted in the back, especially the back storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Cleaning and reorganize this room so that flooring can be properly cleaned.
