-Follow-up inspection to May 2, 2019.
-Facility is now sanitizing the meat saw and grinder every 2 hours. Equipment is disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the end of the night.
-Bleach in 2-compartment sink was tested at 200ppm.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was tested 200. Sanitizer pail was properly labelled.
-Did not observe any chicken pans left over from the previous night.
-Did not observe any hand hygiene issues at the time of inspection.
-Raw and ready-to-eat meats were properly separated at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any foods stored in the mop sink at the time of inspection.
-Staff have not yet completed FoodSafe Level 1. Staff will be taking FoodSafe Level 1 this weekend (May 12, 2019).
