Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel within arms reach of back handsink. Soap and hot & cold water provided.
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Ensure all handsinks have hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel and is free of obstructions to allow easy access and use by staff. Replenish paper towel dispenser or install simple paper towel holder near/around handsink.

Observation: Large open bags of dried food product (flour, sugar) are stored off the ground.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all open bags/ sacks/ food containers once opened are put into a pest proof containers with closable lids to protect food products form pests and adding to cleaning. All food must be protected from contamination and secured.

Observation: Food debris accumulation on the floor in hard to reach areas behind and around cooler and cooking equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure routine cleaning is done in hard to reach areas to prevent food accumulation and attracting pests. Physically moving equipment may be required to reach food debris accumulation areas.

Observation: 1. 3 cracked plastic light fixture covers in kitchen. Missing cover over back light fixture over walk in cooler door.
2. Duct tape used to seal hole in wall for diagonal pipe under prep table.
3. Damaged rubber handle secured with masking tape noted on fries press.
Corrective Action(s): 1.Ensure all light fixtures have proper protective covers in place.
2. Duct tape is not an acceptable long term solution for sealing holes in walls. Replace tape with appropriate material - smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easy to clean.
