Follow-up inspection conducted today for report #250744 All concerns in report #250744 have been addressed. Liquid soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser installed at the handwashing sink. Floor sweep at the back storage door area installed. Thermometers present in all cooling units. The following were observed at the time of inspection: Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 182F at the manifold. Prep cooler measured at 4C. Stand-up coolers measured between 1C - 3C. Food safety plan, sanitation plan, temperature logs on-site. Ensure temperature logs are well maintained. Hot hold unit present but not operational at 60C or higher. Construction in accordance to approved floorplan. Declaration fee waiver form for charitable organization and whose purpose includes the relief of poverty received at time of inspection. Health approval granted. This does not exempt you from getting approval from other regulatory agencies.
