Observation: No detectable level of chlorine measured from low-temperature dishwasher. Chlorine presented in a chlorine bottle and peripheral pump was functioning during the final rinse cycle. No chlorine was measured even after priming.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine solution in a spray bottle used for food contact surfaces was measured to be >200ppm. Excess concentration of chlorine may contaminate food items and cause foodborne illnesses. The operator diluted the chlorine solution to 100ppm during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that chlorine solution used for food contact surfaces is 100ppm (1/2 tsp of bleach in 1L of water)
