Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-AQ5VLN.
- Light covers ready to be installed on lights in the main kitchen. Install immediately.
- General sanitation has improved. Still need to clean the wire racks inside the walk in cooler due to build up of food debris.
- Working thermometers available inside the display coolers and walk in cooler.
- Operator's partner still needs FOODSAFE certificate. The operator had National Food Safety Training Program issued by the Canadian Restaurant and Food Services Association.
