Observation: 1)Quat sanitizer bottle measuring 50ppm and the quat dispenser measuring 50ppm. 200ppm is required for quat sanitizer.
2)Low temperature dishwasher maintaining 0 ppm chlorine concentration. 100ppm chlorine concentration is required for the mechanical dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): 1)Call sanitizer service technician to fix the dispenser and dishwasher
2)Fill 2 compartment sink with 100ppm chlorine sanitizer and sanitize dishes in this sink.
