Correction: Manually scrub and sanitize the parts mentioned above.

Follow-up inspection conducted: - Ceiling tiles have been replaced. Vents have been cleaned. NOTE: More ceiling tiles are on order for the front of the kitchen. Good. - Interior of the ice machine cleaned and sanitized. - Dry storage area checked at this time. Shelves to be replaced as discussed at this time.
