Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Container of raw chicken was thawing at room temperature. Chicken was still frozen.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure thawing of frozen chicken and other potentially hazardous foods is done in the cooler or under cold running water. Chicken was moved to the cooler.

- No signs of pests observed during inspection
