Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed three compartment sink to be unsanitary, mildew and grease accumulation noted.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the sink immediately. Staff started to clean and sanitize the sink at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff handling fish by the three compartment sink where the fish was in direct contact with dirty sink. Education provided that handling fish can be done by the sinks but all surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized prior to use as food contact surfaces
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to discard the fish in the sink. Clean and sanitize all areas of the sink. Staff discarded the fish and started to clean at the time of inspection.

Observation: Observed rodent droppings in the back corridor by the back door. Unable to confirm whether these droppings are old or more recent
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove the droppings; clean and sanitize all areas. Ensure to wet them with bleach sanitizing solution prior to removing them.
