Follow up inspection to Oct 19, 2021. Operator has obtained sink plugs for the 3-compartment sink. Manual warewashing signage provided. Ensure equipment and utensils are sanitized using 100ppm bleach. Individual scoops/tongs were available for bulk foods. Rodent droppings have been cleaned and areas sanitized. Monitor for continued activity and contact pest control as needed. Operator to obtain shatter shields for light fixtures. Facility is granted Health Approval to operate. Note: this approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other agencies. Prior to completing any structural or operational changes to the facility contact the Health Department for approvals. Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
