Follow-up inspection conducted: - Parts on order for open coolers. Coolers have been emptied out- no potentially hazardous food are stored in the units at this time. Good. - Freezer aisles back in operation. All freezers have been repaired to be operating at/below -18'C at this time. - One of the open coolers (dried seafood products) have been repaired to be operating at 4'C at this time. - Professional pest control company contracted for a biweekly visit. Reports have been provided to the health inspector. - Store manager and two additional staffs have been Foodsafe level 1 certified on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. Temporary certificates checked at this time. Two open coolers are not to be used until repaired/approved by the health inspector. Invoice to be provided as well.
