Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Improper glove usage noted. Staff were seen fulfilling orders and obtaining more products to refill inserts wearing the same pair of gloves, then wiping gloved hands with the same cloth that is used to wipe counter tops.
Corrective Action(s): Proper glove usage must be practiced to maintain hand hygiene. Discussed proper hand hygiene and glove usage with staff on site.

Gloves MUST be changed between tasks. This includes going from fulfilling orders to grabbing items from the fridge for prep. Do NOT leave gloves on for hand washing or to wipe with cloths. Bare hands must be washed each time before putting gloves on and after taking gloves off.

Observation: 1) Dry food items (powder beef stock) and cooking equipment (pots/pans) stored on top of grease trap.
2) Rice scoop stored in an insert of room temperature water.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Relocate these items to an appropriate storage space. Do not store any food products or cooking equipment on top of or near the grease trap. It is considered an unsanitary object.
2) Rice scoop must be stored in 4C or colder in an ice water bath, or dry.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Unlabelled spray bottle contained what appeared to look like a bleach solution but was isopropyl alcohol. 100ppm chlorine solution for food contact surface was stored in unable squeeze bottle.

> All bottles used on site must be clearly labelled to identify the contents inside, this will help to avoid confusion and mixing of chemicals.

**This unit was 49C at the start of inspection while the cover was left open during lunch rush. Temperature increased once cover was closed.

> Handsink supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
**The handsink is just barely accessible during service. It is blocked by a cart where rice warmers are stored. Please ensure accessibility to this sink is maintained throughout lunch service.
> 2 compartment sink set up for manual warewashing. Separate tub is used for sanitizing - contained 100ppm chlorine solution at the time of inspection.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> General sanitation satisfactory.
> Health permit posted.
