Observation: Cleaning needed in the upstairs storage room to remove dry food items that have spilt on the floor.

Observation: a) Kitchen hand washing sink is not supplied with hot water.
b) Glasswasher in the bar next to the kitchen had no chlorine sanitizer during the final rinse cycle.
Corrective Action(s): a) Fix the broken hot water handle at the sink.within one week.
b) Sanitizer container changed and 100 ppm chlorine was measured during the final rinse cycle.

Comments

-A complaint was received and was discussed with the owner on site.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The glass washer in the second bar had 100 ppm chlorine.
Bar hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Kitchen dishwasher's final rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
No evidence of pests.
