Routine inspection
- Handwashing stations are equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. hot and cold running water is available.
- All coolers are 4c or below and equipped with thermometers.
- Freezers at -18 or below.
- No hot holding at the time of inspection. Ensure all potentially hazardous food items are kept at 60 degree Celsius or higher
- Dishwasher reached 50 ppm concentration at dish level.
- Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm concentration.
- Pest control is in place. ultra violent light is operational for fly issues.
