General sanitation - good. Hot holding units at 60 C. Soap and paper towels, hot/cold running water available at the front handsink. Coolers at 4 C or less. Walk in freezer: - 18 C. 3 compartment sink present with plugs, with Quat sanitizer (200 ppm Quats measured at dispenser). Surface sanitizer/Quat in a spray bottle at 200 ppm. Food stored safely at the time of inspection (covered & off the floor). Staff wear gloves during food prep. Hair restraints worn. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
