The new sandwich cooler at 3.4C;
A commercial chinese wok (3 range) is available now / under the fan food;
The service booth (front) - satisfactory;
Thermometer for all cold units - available;
Sanitizer / bleach - available (at 100 ppm);
Note: A hot holding unit is new / turned off
Ensure, the hot holding unit > or = to 60C;
Coca Cola cooler at 3.1C;
Paper towel dispensers - wall mounted;
Walk-in cooler at 3.4C;

Note: The kitchen has holding table is going to bused as a storage area space. The side of the hot holding table has been cut; & a bare - wood is exposed
