Corrective Action(s): The operator moved the food items inside the display cooler at 4C. Bean sprouts must be stored inside the cooler or in ice water.

Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-AWNV7M:

- Cooked rice was hot held inside the rice cooker at 64C. All other hot potentially hazardous food items were stored at > or = 60C.
- The sanitizing compartment of the three compartment sink remained clear of any food debris nad grease.
- Thawing of frozen food items was being done under cold running water.
- General sanitation has improved in the areas noted from the previous inspection report.
