Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 bags of chicken legs and thighs were stored at room temperature. Staff explains they were frozen and kept out to thaw overnight. The chicken was measured to be at 38.1C via probe thermometer. Staff voluntarily disposed of the 2 bags.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure cold potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4C or below. Thawing at room temperature is not acceptable as the item remains in the Danger Zone for excessive periods of time
