Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all canned foods transferred to food grade containers once opened. Ensure to have all raw meat/seafood stored below vegetables and ready to eat foods at all times.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Dishwashing sink properly equipped for manual dishwashing.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Stand up freezer operating below -18'C.
NOTE: Hot holding unit not in use at the time of the inspection. Ensure the unit is operating at/above 60'C before use.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle.
NOTE Do not mix solution with soap. Only add 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water as reiterated at this time.
- Foods obtained from approved sources.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.
NOTE: Recent pest control report to be emailed to the health inspector.

General sanitation satisfactory, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis. Minimize the amount of items stored at the facility.
