Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There is no sanitizer present in the Multipurpose Kitchen and the Multipurpose Room #1 & #2 Kitchen, to sanitize dishware. Sanitizer kills germs on dishware, once the dishes have been washed with soap.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately place sanitizer which is safe for food contact surfaces (read manufacture's labels), in these kitchens, to ensure staff can sanitizer dishware.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The Multipurpose Kitchen had no paper towels adjacent to the hand washing sinks. Staff are unable to wash and dry their hands correctly. Staff found paper towel dispensers in boxes, but not installed by the sinks.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately install and fill the paper towel dispensers at each hand washing sink, so proper hand washing can occur before and during food processing.

A routine inspection was completed:
Multipurpose Kitchen
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezer -20C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, & running hot and cold water.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Hydrogen peroxide (8%) based sanitizer used on surfaces and food equipment.

Multipurpose Room #1 & #2 Kitchen
- Cooler 1C; and thermometer present.
- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Genreal sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Hydrogen peroxide (8%) based sanitizer used on surfaces and food equipment.

Notes:
- The BOSCH residential dishwashers present (model SHEM63W55N/20), do NOT meet food premises standards for sanitizing. Therefore, any dishware that requires to be sanitized must be done after it has gone through the dishwasher. Follow the sanitizer's manufacture's instructions on how to sanitize dishware (correct concentration and contact/soaking time).
