Comments

- Coolers measured 4C or colder with the exception of the toppings cooler closest to the walk-in freezer (measures 10C). Staff is aware of this issue and have already called a technician. In the meantime, food is this cooler for a maximum of 4 hours or less; ice trays have been put into the bottom compartment to help keep temperature down during rushes.
- Freezers measured -18C or colder
- Hot held soups measured 60C or hotter
- Sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine in sanitizer buckets around the kitchen and front bar areat; use 5mL of bleach in 2.5L of water for a 100ppm solution. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use
- Dishwasher measured 100ppm chlorine at the final rinse cycle
- Bar glasswasher measured 12.5ppm iodine
- Ice machine interior clean

* Ice machine is leaking; clean-up of excess water was in progress at the time of inspection. Technician has been called in.
