Routine inspection with the presence of the owner after made an appointment. The only product is noodle. COVID affected business dramatoically and now only make noodle maybe once a month. - General sanitation was satisfactory. - Hand sink was fully equipped with paper towel, cold/ hot running water and paper towel. - The upright freezer and cooler temperature -Good! - Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces and the equipment. - 2 compartment sink available for cleaning and sanitizing purpose. - Food properly stored with lids and off floor. - FoodSafe certificate valid till 2024.
