Follow up inspection conducted with the presence of ASM. Bakery Dish washer final rinse temperature tested < 65C.
- Call for repair. Make sure temperature reaches 71C at dish level.
- Continue to use 3-compartment sink in the bakery department to wash, rinse and sanitize baking pans and bakeware.
