Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff personal item (small black bag) observed stored on preparation counter in kitchen area.
Corrective Action(s): Staff bag was removed. Ensure all personal items are stored separately from food to prevent cross contamination.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Build-up of grease observed under the grill top in the kitchen area.
2. Long standing debris observed against the walls on the floor under refrigeration equipment in the front service areas.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and remove all grease and long standing debris to maintain the premises in sanitary condition and to prevent the attraction of pests.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: As noted on initial inspection, gradual repair of the following is to be attempted this year:
1. Repair/replace damaged floor tiles in service area, kitchen and storage area
2. Replace/repair tiles on walls in sink area and mop sink
Corrective Action(s): Repair and replace all damaged items above to make surfaces durable & easy to clean.

- No signs of pests
- All handsinks supplied with hot/cold water, soap, and single use towels
- All cloths stored in QUAT sanitizer solution of 200 ppm
- All QUAT sanitizer at 200 ppm
- Refrigeration units are equip with accurate thermometers
- Hand washing observed during inspection
- Food and food contact surfaces stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Temperature logs in use
