Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no approved food contact surface sanitizer available for use in back deli and bakery/produce areas. Red sanitizer containers empty in deli and no quats spray bottles available for use.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation an approved food contact surface sanitizer (200ppm quats or 100ppm bleach) is available for sanitizing food contact surfaces and equipment. This is as per your sanitation plan.
