Corrective Action(s): Seal cupboard door edges again so that they are impervious to moisture, smooth, and can be easily cleaned. Correct by May 2018.

Routine check:
Kitchen hand sink has liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers have temperatures of 4 C / 40 F or colder - good.
Fridge temperature records are being kept.
Sanitizer for counters and tables - chlorine sanitizer is used.
Temperature records for dishwasher are up to date.
Final sanitizing rinse is 71 C measured inside of the machine and (100 C on the gauge).
Cupboards are being cleaned following a routine cleaning schedule.
