Visited the facility and learned that we have a change of ownership. The new owner took ownership in May, 2016. We do not have a record of this transaction, so he needs to submit an application form and the copy of the legal document. I will provide you with this form tomorrow ( Wednesday, October 19 ). Food has been stored only on the first floor. Bulk storages need to be cleaned and sanitized at the 2 compartment sink. Bleach is used as approved sanitizer. New owner cleaned a lot around the store, and general sanitation has improved. Each dispensing food containers need to have a designated scoops and they need to be stored outside the food storage in secured container. All foods ( inside of the store and outside ) have been stored off the floor. Janitorial sink is also available, at the back storage. No expired or damaged food containers in the food storage area or the display, shelving area. ORKIN is a certified pest control and they are monthly providing the service.
