Corrective Action(s): Remove both cooking pots. All food utensils and cooking ware must be sized accordingly to dishwasher and sinks available.

Reviewed delivery receiving / storage process. Perishable foods requiring refrigeration or freezer storage are to be stored promptly after delivery.

Wiping rags stored in 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution at Ramen station.

Ramen station - food utensils stored in clean containers.
Sushi station - personal items relocated away from food handling areas.
- ginger / wasabi containers moved further away from handsinks.
Bar - food scoops for frozen foods are cleaned and sanitized after use and are no longer stored in food containers.

Required cleaning of kitchen and bar areas completed.
Pest control service performed deep cleaning of ceiling cavity space above restaurant.

Plastic containers no longer used to hold food for hot holding within the oven.
